Well Seniors, today was the last First day of Rookie Camp for forever... :'(
These past 3 years have flown by so fast.
Things to keep in mind:
HYDRATE with Water or Good energy drinks with sodium
SNACK on Fruits like bananas or pomegranates to get some potassium and prevent cramping
STRETCH before you go to bed or you'll be paying for it later
REMEMBER to bring your Inhalers and instruments just in case...
